Jean Wells

Jean Wells has an extensive background in asset management, construction oversight, and engineering. With experience at Twain Financial Partners as an Asset Manager and Construction Analyst, Jean has worked with tax credit investments and alternative financing products. Prior to this, Jean was a Senior Analyst at Restoration St. Louis, Inc. and an Engineer I at POWER Engineers. Educationally, Jean holds a Master of Arts in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from Saint Louis University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University.
