Vivian Okpagu

Vivian Okpagu is currently serving as a Business Development Coordinator at TWD Technologies Ltd., a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Vivian spent five years at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, where responsibilities included leading and coaching a team of 10-20 associates as a Team Lead, analyzing performance reports to drive improvements, and fostering employee morale to reduce turnover. Earlier in Vivian's career, as a Customer Relations Associate, the focus was on nurturing customer relationships, enhancing sales, and providing training for new hires. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Development Studies from the University of Windsor, obtained in June 2017, and is currently completing further education at Sheridan College.
