Reno Botelho has worked for five different companies since 2008. Reno began their career at UCSB Dining Services as a Supervisor in 2008. In 2012, they worked as a Receptionist for both Vector Marketing and CSULB Career Development Center. In 2014, they worked as an Administrative Assistant & Office Manager for RealPage, Inc. Since 2015, they have been employed at TWE Solutions Inc. where they have held the roles of Operations Manager and Operations Administrator.
Reno Botelho obtained a Master's Degree in English from California State University, Long Beach in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from UC Santa Barbara in 2011. Reno also attended Queen Mary University of London from 2009 to 2010, studying English Language and Literature, General. In addition, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2016.
