Nicholas Clarke has extensive experience in the field of software engineering. Nicholas began their career at Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute in 2013 as a Senior Software Developer, where they worked on developing tools to support human genetics research. Nicholas also designed algorithms for haplotype phasing and error detection in sequencing data. In 2014, Clarke joined Seagate Technology as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked until 2016 before being promoted to Staff Engineer. In 2017, they joined Tweag as a Software Engineer and later became the Director of Engineering in 2023.
Nicholas Clarke attended the University of Oxford from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Mathematics. Nicholas successfully completed their studies and earned an MMath degree.
