Sergey Barsky

Sergey Barsky currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Twee since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sergey held the position of CTO at CarBuzz from July 2015 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading the development team and enhancing the backend core of products. Sergey’s experience also encompasses a Senior Software Developer role at Optiver Holding BV from September 2013 to June 2015, focusing on user interface and backend development. As a Senior Technical Lead at Ness TSG from June 2007 to June 2013, Sergey was instrumental in defining technological roadmaps and leading large-scale projects, including Smart City solutions. Additional experience includes software development roles in various capacities within the Israel Defense Forces and educational credentials including an MBA in Business Management and a BA in Computer Science & Management from The Open University of Israel.
