Mike Podnar

Mike Podnar has extensive work experience in the field of mechanical construction, fabrication, building automation, and service. Mike has been working at Tweet/Garot Mechanical, Inc. since 2006, starting as a Sheet Metal Foreman and later taking on roles such as Virtual Design/Pre-Construction Flex, Manpower Coordinator, Project Manager, and Virtual Construction Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Design And Construction at the company. In addition to their work at Tweet/Garot Mechanical, Inc., Mike has also worked as a Health Coach at both 1st Phorm International and FIRE Fitness Camp New Franken.

Mike Podnar attended Fox Valley Technical College from 2008 to 2013, where they studied Sheet Metal Technology/Sheetworking. During the same time period, they also attended Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and pursued the same field of study.
