Dave Chung

Dave Chung is a Korean-American entrepreneur and technology executive. Dave is the Head of Operations and Co-founder at Twelve Labs, a venture studio focused on Web 3.0 and decentralized technologies.

Previously, Dave was the President and Founder of Yonsei Blockchain Lab, South Korea's first university-based academia for Blockchain & Web 3.0. Dave also served as the Project Team Lead at the Institute of East and West Studies (IEWS) at Yonsei University, where they led strategic planning on the development of the Korean Web 3.0 ecosystem.

Dave has consulted with multiple corporate and government organizations on blockchain and Web 3.0 solutions, including Sentbe, Watcha, and the Korean Ministry of ICT. Dave has also forged strategic partnerships with major Web3 players such as Flow and Mina protocol.

Dave Chung graduated from Yonsei University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Dave then went on to study at Hankuk Academy of Foreign Studies in their International Department (French).
