Neal Bansal

Neal Bansal is a seasoned engineer specializing in materials science and electrochemistry. Currently serving as a Sourcing Engineer for Electrochemistry at Twelve since April 2023, Bansal previously contributed to Uniformity Labs, Inc. as a Materials Process and Characterization Engineer, focusing on metal additive manufacturing from June 2015 to December 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Materials Engineer at Arcanum Alloys, where metallurgical characterization and development were key areas of focus, specifically in creating environmentally friendly steel diffusion alloys. Bansal also worked as a Process Engineer at Silicium Energy, Inc., contributing to the development of nanoscale thermoelectric devices for waste energy harvesting. Bansal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Applied Science (Materials Science) from Caltech.
