Stephen Pratt

Stephen Pratt has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Stephen most recently worked at Twelve as the Director of People, a role they have held since July 2023. Before that, they worked at Suffolk Construction as the Director of HR Business Partner from May 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, they spent over four years at Mass General Brigham, starting as an HR Business Partner in February 2017 and progressing to Senior HR Business Partner in March 2019. From September 2009 to February 2017, Stephen worked at Target, where they held various positions including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Supervisor. Stephen also has experience as an Independent Auction Professional at Auction Consultants of Connecticut, LLC and as an Administrative Assistant/Production Intern at D Magazine & Velvet Magazine.

Stephen Pratt, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Fairfield University from 2005 to 2009. In 2007, they also participated in a Culture and Language Program at Universidad de Salamanca, where they focused on Spanish Language and Literature.
