Elina Garcia has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Supply Chain at Positive Promotions, where they developed and deployed strategies that increased operating efficiencies and improved operating costs. Elina also has experience as the Director of Operations and Business Development at Bowmar Productions, where they oversaw imports and inventory across multiple warehouses. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President of Operations at ELDICO SPORTS SA, responsible for demand planning and new business development. Elina's extensive work experience also includes a tenure at Enterprise Holdings, where they achieved impressive revenue growth and received numerous awards for their sales and customer service achievements.
