Sophia Torres

Sophia Torres has a diverse work experience in operations management. Sophia started their career at 3V Company in 2009, where they managed office operations and played a key role in areas such as human resources, accounting, inventory management, marketing, and sales. Sophia successfully handled HR duties, supervised office repair projects, and implemented procedures that secured outstanding receivables. Sophia also implemented a chemical management inventory system that significantly reduced production errors. Additionally, Sophia led the creation and marketing of a new product line, building trust with suppliers and increasing sales. Sophia then worked as an Operations Manager at Shakaff from 2016 to 2018, and at Retrospective Goods from 2018 to 2019. Sophia is currently working at twelveNYC, where they held various roles including Associate Director, Operations and Director, Strategy & Operations. Most recently, they serve as the VP of Strategy and Operations.

Sophia Torres attended Fordham University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, specifically focusing on the field of study in General Biology.
