Joel Rowland

Joel Rowland is the current Team Lead of Packaging Pharmacy Technicians at TwelveStone Health Partners. Joel has been with the company since August 2016 and in their current role since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Workflow Manager from August 2016 to May 2022 and a Staging Technician from March 2014 to August 2016.

Before their time at TwelveStone Health Partners, Joel worked as an Exercise Physiologist at Heartwatch from April 2016 to August 2016. In this role, they administered cardiopulmonary stress tests, endopat testing, RM3A testing and pulmonary function testing, completed Individual assessment reports, communicated with office staff and completed billing in various programs used by the facility.

Joel began their career as a Physical Therapist Assistant Intern at Star Physical Therapy from August 2015 to December 2015. Joel then became a Pharmacy Technician at Reeves-Sain Extended Care from September 2012 to March 2014.

Joel Rowland has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Joel is certified from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Personal Trainer and from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association (AHA/ASA) as an ACLS and BLS provider.

They work with Michael Broome - Infusion Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacist in Charge, Sandra Jean - Packaging Pharmacy Manager, and David Reed - Specialty Pharmacy Manager. Joel Rowland reports to Derrick Browning, Director of Pharmacy.
