Michael Multon

Michael Multon is currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy Operations at TwelveStone Health Partners. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Pharmacy at Encompass Health. With a background in pharmacy services and clinical pharmacy supervision, Michael has also worked at Option Care Health, Care Solutions, and Medi-Quip Ambulatory Infusion & IV Pharmacy in various leadership roles. Michael holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and the University of Tennessee-Health Science Center College of Medicine.
