Álvaro Herrero

Álvaro Herrero is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of Service Operations at Twenix since July 2022, focusing on marketplace balance. Previously, Álvaro held several roles at Cabify, where responsibilities included the optimization of global investments and the launch of the subscription program CabifyGo! from April 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes working at FedEx in Strategy Analytics and as a Revenue Management Analyst from August 2018 to April 2021, where Álvaro contributed to revenue forecasts and the integration of growth initiatives following the acquisition of TNT Express. Álvaro also briefly worked on a venture development project at ENGIE Factory in 2018 and contributed to business development at Vector Cuatro Group between July 2016 and June 2017.
