Adrian Kinnersley

Adrian Kinnersley has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. In 1999, they began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Progressive Recruitment. In 2000, they joined Hudson as a Recruitment Consultant, where they specialized in recruiting Business Analysts and Project Managers into Investment Banking. In 2002, they moved to Astbury Marsden as a Partner, managing Banking recruitment teams across Front and Back Office, including Technology, Finance, Operations, Risk, M&A, ECM, DCM and Private Equity in London. Adrian also managed the Finance, Operations and Technology teams across Asia Pac. In 2008, they founded twentyAI, where they held the roles of Founder and CEO, and Founder & Global Managing Director.

Adrian Kinnersley attended Carres Grammar School from 1989 to 1996. Adrian then went on to the University of Birmingham, where they earned a BsC Hons in Biological Science from 1996 to 1999.
