Prior to their current role, Anna worked as a Manager at Hays, where Anna excelled and was recognized as the Top Biller for Financial Markets in the UK & Ireland in 2016 and 2017. Anna also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant in Petrophysics and Petroleum Engineering at Earthstaff Ltd. Anna started their career as a Section Manager at John Lewis after completing a degree in Psychology from Northumbria University.
