Vaclav Elias

Vaclav Elias has a long and successful career in software engineering. Vaclav began their career in 2001 as a Leading Visual Foxpro Developer at SOFTIP, where they were involved in the framework development for all of the financial applications of Herkules/Softip Packet suite. Vaclav then moved to IPS Group in 2004, where they were an Applications Developer, responsible for website applications and software development, data analysis, providing statistics, web server installation and maintenance. In 2012, Vaclav Elias co-founded Tech Rate, where they were the Managing Director. In 2013, they founded Slate 13 and took on the role of Founder & Developer. In 2017, Vaclav Elias joined Code Capital Ltd as the Director, where they were responsible for ASP.NET Core and C# projects development and Bullhorn REST API integration. In 2021, Vaclav Elias moved to twentyAI as the T360 Principal Engineer, where their role was to be the day-to-day Principal Engineer on all .NET inhouse projects. Vaclav was responsible for helping define and apply agreed standards and tools, creating relevant documentation, application support, advocating for continuous improvement of the software development process, taking technical responsibility for key engineering activities, and taking a leading role in the software design, planning and code review processes.

Vaclav Elias began their education in 1992 when they attended Gymnasium Vr\u00fatky, where they received their High School Diploma in 1996. Vaclav then attended the Armed Forces Academy of General Milan Rastislav Stefanik from 1996 to 2001, where they earned an Ing. (Dipl. Eng.) of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, such as Special Yoga for Special Children from Special Yoga in 2015, Pregnancy Teacher Training from triyoga uk in 2012, Restorative Yoga Teacher Training from triyoga uk in 2012, Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training Diploma from triyoga uk in 2011, Emergency First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in 2022, First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in 2019, Emergency First Aid At Work from Alan John Associates Ltd, H.S.E. in 2013, Emergency First Aid from Cambridge First Aid Consultants Ltd. in 2010, British Wheel of Yoga Certification from British Wheel of Yoga, Emergency First Response from PADI, PADI Dive Master from PADI, and PADI Rescue Diver from PADI.
