Alexander Jaffe

Alexander Jaffe is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate investor with extensive experience in multiple companies. Currently serving as Co-Owner of Twenty Seven Real Estate since July 2021, Jaffe also operates as Owner of Core Invest, a rapidly growing real estate investment management group focused on identifying assets for capital gains over 2 to 7 years. In addition, Jaffe co-owns Core Properties, a Belgian property investor specializing in refurbishments and fractional sales. As Co-Owner and Co-CEO of Windiam, Jaffe oversees large-volume diamond purchases, establishing the company as a preferred supplier in the industry. Jaffe additionally holds a Co-Owner position at Multi Properties, a Belgian real estate investor dedicated to maximizing property values and investment returns.
