Sean Cotter

Sean Cotter is an accomplished executive with a strong background in leadership and management, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Twenty Twenty Digital since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sean was the Principal CEO and Co-Founder of 304 Clothing from August 2012 to February 2023, where strategic direction and operational management were key focuses. Sean's experience also includes various roles at Hologic (formerly Gen-Probe) from March 2011 to July 2017, including Quality Control Manager and Product Support Manager, showcasing expertise in quality assurance and technical support for product development. Sean holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biology and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Molecular Biology from the University of Liverpool, where research centered on the circadian clock in barley and its agricultural implications.
