Shyam Jayakumar

Shyam Jayakumar has held various positions in the technology industry since 1998. Shyam began their career at Aviation Software Development Consultancy Ltd. as an Assistant Systems Engineer, followed by a role as a Software Integration Engineer/Architect at Information Builders in 2000. In 2006, they took on the role of PMP Instructor/Trainer at Avtech Institute of Technology, and in 2009, they became Project Management Faculty - Adjunct at Middlesex County College. In 2011, they were VP, Corporate Sponsorships at Network of Indian Professionals - New York Chapter. In 2014, they became Director of Professional Services at Axway, followed by Engagement Manager at MuleSoft in 2016. In 2018, they joined MicroStrategy as Director of Professional Services and in 2019, they founded Twenty20 Systems and became its CEO.

Shyam Jayakumar completed a Master of Science in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy between 1994 and 1998. Shyam also holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
