John Iglesias

John Iglesias has a strong background in executive search and entrepreneurship. John co-founded TwentyEight Executive Search in 2017 and served as the CEO. Prior to that, they were a founding partner at Smart2Invest starting in 2014. John also co-founded Dexter Associates in 2003 and held a leadership role there until 2017.

John Iglesias completed the Senior Management Program (PADE) at IESE Business School in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc and MBA in Economics and Business Administration with a specialty in Commercial Management and Marketing from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In January 2021, they also obtained a certification in People Analytics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
