Neil Barrie has over 15 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Neil began their career as a Senior Consultant at Interbrand before moving to ZAG Brand Invention at Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) as Strategy Director. In 2012, they joined TBWA\Chiat\Day as Planning Director, working on accounts such as Pepsi, Ministry of Sound, and Johnson & Johnson. Neil was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer in 2014, where they led the strategy department of 30 strategists across brand, comms, social media, and data analytics. Under their leadership, the agency won the 4A's Jay Chiat creative strategy awards in 2016 & 2017 and was among the top 2 Global Effie paper winners in both 2016 and 2017.
In 2018, Neil Barrie left TBWA\Chiat\Day to co-found TwentyFirstCenturyBrand, where they currently serve as CEO.
Neil Barrie has a degree in Modern Theirtory from the University of Oxford. Neil also has a certification from BBH London in BBH Mini-MBA.
