Tiffany Baker

Tiffany Baker has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Tiffany started their career in 1992 as an Associate Manager at Red Lobster and worked there until 1997. From 1998 to 2007, they worked as a Medical Transcriptionist at Medquist. In 2003, Tiffany transitioned into the real estate industry as a Realtor at Windermere Real Estate, where they worked until 2005. Tiffany then joined Transcend as a Medical Language Specialist/Team Lead/Assistant Regional Operations Manager from 2007 to 2012. Following that, Tiffany worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as an Insurance Representative from 2012 to 2015. Since 2015, they have been with TWFG Insurance (The Woodlands Financial Group), where they started as Operations Support and later became an Operations Support Lead. In 2021, Tiffany was promoted to Operations Manager, and in 2022, they became the Director of Operations.

Tiffany Baker attended the University of California, Riverside from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Development/Psychology.
