Vanessa Palmer, CPA

Vanessa Palmer, CPA has over 15 years of work experience, starting their career at Deloitte as an Audit Intern in 2006. Vanessa then became an Audit Senior Assistant at Deloitte from September 2007 to October 2008.

In 2008, Vanessa joined TWFG (The Woodlands Financial Group) as a Financial Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Assistant Controller from March 2012 to May 2012.

From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Newfield Exploration in various roles, including Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting Lead, and Treasury Lead.

In 2019, Vanessa joined Energy Alloys as the Director of Accounting, a position they held until December 2020.

Currently, Vanessa is the Vice President Finance at TWFG Insurance (The Woodlands Financial Group) since January 2021. As of April 2023, they have taken on the role of Vice President - Controller at the same company.

Vanessa Palmer, CPA graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Baylor University in 2006. In 2008, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
