Grant Deaton

Grant assists with the team’s financing function while working closely with internal developers and external financing sources to close on projects. His responsibilities include underwriting new market rate and LIHTC development projects, managing due diligence, identifying debt and equity financing for LIHTC developments, and assisting in market rate asset disposition.

Grant graduated from the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business in 2020 earning a B.S. degree in Finance. While in school, Grant was involved in Greek Life as he was a member of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity and served as the VP of Finance for the Interfraternity Council. He was also an avid member of the Finance Society.

In his free time, Grant enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their Golden Retriever, Baker, playing golf, going to the lake, and watching baseball. Although he is a Wildcat in Hoosier country, he roots for IU baseball as his little brother is a member of the team.
