Shanequia Ojo

Shanequia Ojo joined TWG in 2022 and serves as the Human Resource Generalist. In her current role, she performs tasks required to administer and execute Human Resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits & FMLA; disciplinary matters and investigations; performance and talent management; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

Prior to joining TWG, she served as a Human Resource Coordinator within the government sector. In this role, she provided a variety of Human Resource functions including recruiting, training & development, compensation, and employee relations.
