Kc Loh

KC Loh is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing technology operations across multiple countries and divisions. Currently serving as the Head of IT at TWG Tea Company since July 2016, KC oversees IT budgeting, network and infrastructure management, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance business productivity and customer experience. Prior to this role, KC was the Head of Group IT at ChemstionAsia Group of Companies from August 2011 to April 2016, providing strategic advice to the Group CEO and driving system optimization projects. KC also held the position of General Manager for Regional Projects at IBIZ Consulting Services Pte Ltd from May 2007 to December 2010, where operational aspects of regional countries were managed, and training programs were developed to improve team competencies. Earlier experience includes a role as Consultant Manager and Director at ap-BIS Consulting, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation for SMEs. KC holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
