David Rowe

David Rowe has extensive experience in the metallurgy and materials engineering sectors, currently holding positions at The Welding Institute, IOM3, and as Owner of Cedar Metals Limited since July 2004. At The Welding Institute, David serves as Branch Treasurer and has been a member of the Membership and Registration Committee as well as a Professional Board Member, completing a six-year term. His roles at Cedar Metals Limited involve consultancy in powder metallurgy processes, and David has led various UK government-sponsored projects focused on advanced ultrasonic technologies for industrial applications. Previously, David held technical management roles at H C Starck Inc and Murex Limited and has a degree in Metallurgy from Durham University.
