Dr Raja Khan

Dr. Raja Khan (CEng FWeldI FIMMM) is an experienced technology consultant specializing in additive manufacturing, powder metallurgy, and materials processing. Currently employed at TWI since December 2015, Dr. Khan has held roles from Principal Project Engineer to Technology Consultant, focusing on complex component manufacturing, post-processing techniques, and novel material development. Previous positions include Technical Director at Advanced Interactive Materials Science Ltd and Senior Project Leader at TWI Ltd, with notable experience as a Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham and a PhD student at the University of Sheffield. Dr. Khan possesses a robust academic background with a PhD in Metallurgy and a Master's in Advanced Metallurgy from the University of Sheffield, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
