Naiara Seara

Naiara Seara has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Naiara started their career as an Avid editor at K2000 in 2004 and later worked as an editor and in post-production at 3koma93. From 2005 to 2010, they were a film editor and motion graphic designer at Flying Apple TV & Film Producers, working on documentaries for various Spanish TV channels. In 2011, Naiara worked as a freelance motion graphic designer at Eskilstuna TV for a brief period. In 2013, they completed a 3-month internship as an animation intern at Belleville Film as part of their motion graphics education at Hyper Island. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a media producer at Nordnet Bank AB, where they developed illustrations, animations, and visual assets, as well as produced and edited podcasts. Naiara joined Twigeo in 2017 as a creative strategist and designer and later became a senior marketing designer. Currently, they hold the position of Design Director and Head of Creative at Twigeo, leading a team in implementing creativity into the business. Additionally, Naiara has also worked as a freelance film editor and motion graphic designer at cutefilm.org, where they have created animations, developed illustrations, and edited films.

Naiara Seara has a diverse education history with a focus on motion graphics, animation, and media and communications. Naiara attended Hyper Island from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Motion Graphics Designer, specializing in motion graphics. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2010, they studied at Cipsa and completed a program in 3D animation technician, specifically using Autodesk 3D Max software.

In terms of higher education, Naiara Seara pursued their master's degree at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea from 2001 to 2002. During this time, they focused on narrative in documentaries and audiovisual productions. Preceding their master's degree, they obtained their bachelor's degree in Media and Communications from the same university, studying from 1997 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Naiara Seara has acquired additional certifications. Naiara completed a course on Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn in August 2022, and in April 2022, they obtained a certification in Leading for Creativity from IDEO U.
