Audrey Haynes

Audrey Haynes, PhD, serves as the Manager of Data Science at Twilio since January 2021, having progressed through roles from Data Scientist to Staff Data Scientist. Previously, Audrey was a Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science, focusing on podcast marketing analytics. Audrey's academic tenure at the University of California, Berkeley included roles as a Graduate Student Instructor and Doctoral Researcher, where independent research on parasitic plants earned Audrey the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship. Additionally, Audrey designed a significant survey identifying equity gaps in Introductory Biology courses and held a position at YMCA Camp Widjiwagan leading wilderness expeditions, alongside a role as a journalist for Earth Island. Audrey's educational foundation includes a PhD in Integrative Biology and a Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from UC Berkeley, as well as a BA in Earth and Environmental Science and Environmental Studies from Wesleyan University.
