Beth Bornhoeft

Beth Bornhoeft is an experienced documentation professional with a strong background in technical writing and information experience. Currently serving as the Manager of Flex Documentation at Twilio since June 2023, Beth previously held senior roles at Code42, including Senior Manager and Manager of Information Experience, where Beth led a team of technical and UX writers to develop comprehensive documentation. Beth's experience at PTC involved creating various deliverables for diverse audiences and leading initiatives, including the implementation of a content optimization tool. Earlier roles at The Hartford and Unisys focused on improving documentation for internal processes and customer support. Beth holds a B.A. in Technical Writing and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Certificate in Web Authoring from Penn State Great Valley.
