Brandon Minaya

Brandon Minaya is an experienced professional currently serving as an Engagement Manager for Enterprise IT at Twilio, where responsibilities include leading relationships with internal stakeholders to address critical business challenges. As Managing Director of Jet City Improv, Brandon facilitated the organization’s growth post-pandemic and implemented data-driven resource management processes. Previous roles include managing ambassador programs at Major League Hacking, providing customer success at Intellum, and leading teams at Fathom through restructuring while enhancing training resources. Brandon also founded Disfigured Media, focusing on creative consulting and content production, and has held various roles in technical communications and project coordination.
