Kevin Hiney

Kevin Hiney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government, policy, and regulatory affairs, particularly within the European context. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Government, Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Twilio since August 2025, Kevin previously held the role of Communications Director at Airlines for Europe (A4E), where responsibilities included leading communication strategies for policy change affecting 17 airline members and enhancing A4E's reputation in Brussels. Earlier experience includes serving as Account Director at Red Flag Global, focusing on regulatory and public affairs campaigns for multinational clients, alongside various roles at Airbus and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Ireland. Kevin holds an MSc in Politics and Government of the European Union from The London School of Economics and a BSc in Government, Political Science, Management, Law, and Economics from University College Cork.
