Kevin Hiney

Kevin Hiney is an experienced government relations and public policy professional currently serving as Senior Manager at Twilio since August 2025. Previously, Hiney held the position of Communications Director at Airlines for Europe (A4E) from September 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading communications to influence policy for member airlines and enhancing the organization's reputation in Brussels. Prior experience includes over seven years at Red Flag Consulting, progressing from Account Executive to Account Director, focusing on regulatory and public affairs campaigns for multinational clients.
