Mingchao

Mingchao Ma is a seasoned Security Solution Architect with extensive experience in cybersecurity, currently serving at Twilio since September 2019, where robust security solutions have been developed for enterprise customers, leading to consistent sales achievements and recognition as a subject matter expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Prior experience includes a role at Microsoft, where Mingchao provided technical leadership in adopting cloud security technologies and significantly overachieved sales targets. Previous positions at IBM involved leading large-scale security transformation projects and technical design authority, while early career roles included managing operational security for the European Grid Infrastructure and advising on security policies. Mingchao holds a PhD in Information Security from the University of Greenwich.
