Ragil Prasetya

Ragil Prasetya is a Senior Principal Software Engineer in the Infrastructure Platform at Twilio since June 2015, where contributions include accelerating the migration of over 2000 microservices to Kubernetes and leading initiatives that reduced AWS spending by approximately $12M per year. Previous roles at Twilio include establishing a centralized Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team and enhancing the productivity of internal engineering teams through end-to-end deployment automation. Prior to Twilio, Ragil Prasetya worked at Smart Sparrow as a Software Engineer, where efforts focused on product development and team expansion, and gained experience through internships at Google and a junior role at IBM. Ragil Prasetya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from The University of Western Australia.
