Robin Elrod

Robin Elrod is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in event strategy and public relations. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Global Events at Twilio since April 2022, Robin manages a team focused on global event strategy, demand generation, and content creation, achieving significant results such as driving over 30,000 event registrations and managing a $1M+ budget. Previously, Robin held the role of Director of PR and Communications at The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, where Robin developed comprehensive communication strategies and built partnerships that generated over two billion media impressions annually. Additional experience includes positions at BCW Global and Markowitz Communications, leveraging skills in technical writing, promotions, and cross-functional collaboration. Robin holds a BA in Rhetoric & Communication Studies and Music from the University of Richmond.
