Scott Vitale

Scott Vitale is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in software development and engineering leadership. Currently, as a Principal Software Engineer at Twilio since December 2020, Scott also held the position of Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead. Prior experience includes serving as a Software Engineer at Cuttlesoft, where Scott redesigned a distributed website scraper and refactored a Raspberry Pi application for enhanced performance. As the Founder, CEO, and CTO of Spigot Labs, Scott developed a comprehensive software stack and created a battery-operated autonomous NFC reader, garnering a client base of 32 organizations. Earlier roles include a Staff Software Engineer at Micron Technology, a Core Software Development Lead at Aventura, and a Staff Firmware Engineer at Seagate Technology.
