Theresa Garrett

Theresa Garrett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and customer success across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as a Field Sales Enablement Business Partner at Twilio, Theresa supports the Communications team by enhancing product knowledge and organizing significant events such as the 2023 Sales Kickoff. Prior roles include supporting the Sendgrid Email team at Twilio and managing relationships with Azure customers at Microsoft. Previous experience at Citrix involved leading customer retention efforts, while earlier positions at Apple and Cisco focused on customer solutions and human resources, respectively. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism from North Carolina Central University, complemented by training from Tech Talent South.
