Theresa Sillar is a compliance operations professional with a strong background in law and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Manager of Compliance Operations at Twilio since July 2021, Theresa brings extensive experience from prior roles at Wise Ltd., where responsibilities included EDD Area Lead, EDD team lead, KYC specialist, and Verification Specialist from August 2015 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Bailiff’s assistant for Bailiff Jaanika Pajuste and as an Administrative Assistant at Tartu County Court.
