Dilini Basnayake

Dilini Basnayake has a strong background in HR and talent acquisition. Dilini worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Operations at Evolution from September 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at HSBC, starting as a Customer Service Executive in 2005 and eventually becoming a Recruitment Manager from March 2018 to September 2021. Dilini also worked at IHG Hotels & Resorts as a Cluster Human Resources Manager from February 2023 to November 2023. Currently, Dilini Basnayake is the Head of People Operations (Europe & International) at Twin since November 2023.

Dilini Basnayake completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at Northumbria University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they obtained a Foundation degree in Computer Studies from GATEWAY COLLEGE in Sri Lanka.
