Danielle Duncan, MBA has extensive experience in various leadership roles and consulting positions. Danielle currently serves as the Director of Equity and Inclusion at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Business Consultant at Diversity: (n) Difference from 2020 to 2022.
From 2016 to 2020, Danielle was the Managing Partner of Business Planning at American Public Media Group, where they developed and implemented business planning processes and led the operations of a podcast portfolio. Danielle also served as the Director of Partnership Development at TPT - Twin Cities PBS in 2016.
Before that, Danielle worked at Minnesota Public Radio as a Project Manager for the Content Initiatives Team in 2015. Danielle also held the role of Operations Manager for International Distribution at American Public Media from 2011 to 2015, where they managed communication to affiliate stations and program partners, directed station engagement activities, and oversaw a multi-million dollar budget.
Danielle's work experience also includes being an Independent Event Manager at Elixery from 2011 to 2014, where they developed marketing strategies and designed award-winning campaigns. Danielle worked as a Fundraising Events Manager at the American Red Cross Twin Cities Area Chapter from 2010 to 2011, where they developed and executed fundraising events in support of disasters.
Earlier in their career, Danielle served as a Supervisor for Live Event Services at Minnesota Public Radio from 2004 to 2010. Danielle oversaw annual events, managed budgets and timelines, and led a hospitality team. Danielle began their career as a Wire Editor at Minnesota News Network from 2000 to 2004, where they created content for a 24-hour news network and managed editorial coverage plans.

Danielle Duncan, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Augsburg University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, Danielle also obtained certifications in the Intercultural Development Inventory QA from Hammer Holdings, Incorporated in October 2018, and the Technology of Participation, ToP Facilitation Methods from the Institute of Cultural Affairs in September 2018.
