McKinsie Clyde has extensive experience in construction and volunteer management, currently serving as a Construction Site Supervisor at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity since 2011, after previously contributing as an AmeriCorps Construction Volunteer Facilitator from 2008 to 2010. Prior to this, McKinsie held the position of Center Director at The Appalachia Service Project from May 2007 to August 2008, where responsibilities included supervising staff, managing a large volunteer base, and overseeing significant budgets for supplies and accommodation. Earlier work experience includes supervising staff at The Java House from 2002 to 2007. McKinsie holds dual BFA degrees in Studio Art, focusing on Painting, Photography, and Drawing, from the University of Iowa, completed in 2006.
