Moriah Baltz has extensive experience in construction facilitation and community engagement. Currently serving as a Construction Volunteer Facilitator at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity since September 2014, Moriah leads volunteer groups in various construction tasks while addressing affordable housing issues. Previous roles include an intern at Open Source Ecology, where Moriah developed instructional manuals for industrial machines, and an undergraduate researcher at the University of Minnesota, focusing on the light rail's impact on community dynamics. Moriah's early experience includes architectural translation work at studio kami architetti, youth counseling at the QUEST Youth Conference, tutoring at the YMCA, and lifeguarding at Blackhawk Baptist Camp. Moriah holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture with a Minor in Housing Studies from the University of Minnesota and has furthered education through the ACCENT Rome Study Center.
