TPT - Twin Cities PBS
Amina J. serves as the Chief Operating Officer at TPT - Twin Cities PBS since January 2021, where responsibilities include oversight of strategic planning, risk management, human resources, marketing, and community engagement. Amina previously held the position of Chief Inclusion and Strategy Officer at TPT, where significant achievements included developing a four-year strategic plan and establishing a Data and Evaluation department. Prior to TPT, Amina was the Assistant Vice President at the University of Minnesota, contributing to strategic planning, evaluation, and crisis management. Amina's academic background includes a PhD in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development from the University of Minnesota, along with experience as a leadership and strategy consultant, researcher, and faculty member specializing in intercultural education and training.
