Droo Hastings is a seasoned software development manager currently leading a team at TPT - Twin Cities PBS since December 2022, dedicated to delivering engaging content to the audience. With extensive experience in software development management and web development, prior roles include software development manager and developer at fjorge and web developer positions at Truth Origins and Reorg Charity. As a partner and musician at Quietdrive Touring LLC since 2003, Droo has been instrumental in transforming a grassroots idea into a recognized national and international brand. Earlier professional experience includes a sales manager role at Allstate, where strategic development and client communication were key responsibilities. Educated at Prime Digital Academy with a certification in full stack software engineering, along with insurance licenses from Kaplan Financial Education, Droo combines technical expertise with a passion for creative problem-solving.
