Eiman Shafa has a diverse work experience in the field of spine surgery and orthopaedics. Currently, Eiman serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Constellation since March 2022. Prior to this, Eiman worked at Allina Health in various roles, including Medical Director of Abbott Northwestern Hospital Spine Program, Head of Robotic-assisted Spine Surgery, and Chair of Spine Peer Review Work Group. Eiman's previous experience also includes being the Director of Education and a Staff Surgeon at Twin Cities Spine Center, a Spine Surgeon at MidJersey Orthopaedics, and a Clinical Spine Surgery Fellow at Twin Cities Spine Center.
