Eiman Shafa

Eiman Shafa has a diverse work experience in the field of spine surgery and orthopaedics. Currently, Eiman serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Constellation since March 2022. Prior to this, Eiman worked at Allina Health in various roles, including Medical Director of Abbott Northwestern Hospital Spine Program, Head of Robotic-assisted Spine Surgery, and Chair of Spine Peer Review Work Group. Eiman's previous experience also includes being the Director of Education and a Staff Surgeon at Twin Cities Spine Center, a Spine Surgeon at MidJersey Orthopaedics, and a Clinical Spine Surgery Fellow at Twin Cities Spine Center. Eiman began their career as an Orthopaedic Surgery Resident at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center.

Eiman Shafa pursued their education in the field of medicine and neuroscience. Eiman completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Neuroscience at Vanderbilt University from 2000 to 2004. Eiman then attended Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree, studying from 2006 to 2010. Afterward, Eiman Shafa participated in a fellowship program at the Twin Cities Spine Center, specializing in Clinical Spine Surgery. No specific start or end year were provided for this fellowship.
