Kelly Hulke, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Twin Cities Spine Center since June 2017, Kelly has a solid background in managing the employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll. Prior roles include HR Generalist at Goldleaf Partners and Associate HRMS Analyst at The Schwan Food Company, where responsibilities encompassed applicant tracking system management and nationwide recruitment efforts. Kelly also gained foundational experience as a Human Resources Intern at Dominium and as Assistant to the Trust Department at Security Bank & Trust Co. A graduate of Winona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management, Kelly Hulke's expertise is supported by a comprehensive academic background and diverse work experiences.
