Karen Gioia

Karen Gioia is an accomplished photographer and EMT-B with extensive experience in various photography roles. Currently serving as an EMT-B at Twin City Ambulance since June 2022, Karen has also pursued a notable freelance career, contributing to publications such as The Hamburg Sun, Niagara Gazette, and Bee Group Newspapers as a freelance photojournalist. Additionally, Karen operates Karen Gioia Photography, specializing in real estate photography. Previous photography roles include work for Equipix, capturing equestrian competitions, and a position as a page designer at The Sun Newspapers. Karen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Columbia College Chicago and an Advanced Regents diploma with honors from Mount St Mary's Academy.
