Vincent Malpica

Vincent Malpica is an experienced professional currently serving as a Professional Work Instructor at the Erie County Department of Health since April 2023. With a diverse background in emergency medical services, Vincent has held multiple roles at Twin City Ambulance since June 2019, including Special Event Manager, Scheduling Coordinator, Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, and Dispatcher.
